It is plain and make the machine very effective and easy to conduct.
At the same time the body-frame is projected to support all usual
additional loads respect the mixture to be mixed like Aggregates
waiting hopper and Cement + Water weigh hoppers.
THE MIXING CONCEPT
Differently by almost all our competitors our mixing arms partecipate to mixing action
together with mixing blades. Indeed the large body structure jointed with 45° orientation
generate an high perimetrical flow rate. This added to transversal turbolence give a
compulsory mixing of all the material and in all the areas inside mixing vat.
THE GEARS MOUNTING PROJECT
With CM project, differently by some our competitors, the reducers are fixed on a strong steel support
that is previously machinery worked . We don’t have any bell-housing! On mounting it is no necessary any manual adjustment. So by this execution we guarantee that the seals work properly on the mixing long shafts.
SHAFTS ENDS SUPPORTS
We have introduced since 30 years ago, as first in Italy, the hearth-moving seals concept in the twin shaft concrete mixers. In our updated project we have a first concrete-milk barrier made by n.2 rubber seals set and a second barrier made by a mechanical face seal. One half of such Face Seal remains static in the support seat while the other half rotates crawling over the first one. The shaft bearing is housed in a separated seat spaced from the seals housing in order to remain anyway protected by any concrete milk potential aggression. The whole seals set works in a grease bath refilled by an automatic greasing plant supplied as standard equipment on all twin shaft mixers MB series.
AUTOMATIC GREASING PLANT
A totally automatic lubrication system is installed as standard to ensure a safely lubrication to the seals shafts.
Grease electric pump and progressive distributor ensure a constant presence of proper quantity of grease.
In the body of the pump there is a mini plc which allows to set by both: self internal electronic card or external plc.
The progressive distributor is allocated under the pump-body so to be protected by any axcidental hit.
