mixing tanks in order to achieve a higher homogenization index at the discharge for the material to be mixed.<\/p><p>This option allows us to offer our customers the most appropriate solution for the mixing unit especially when &#8220;difficult&#8221; materials have to be mixed and where perfect homogeneity at the discharge must be guaranteed.<\/p><p>For example, we have numerous continuous mixers with elongated mixing tanks operating in special plants for the pre-packaging of the weighted concrete used for the continuous process coating of submarine pipelines.<\/p><p>Another sector where this type of continuous mixer is frequently used is the inertization of contaminated soils where the plants transform multiple types of soil and sludge into materials that are no longer polluting and with increased consistency to be easily transportable.<\/p><p>We are in the position to manufacture our continuous mixers with elongated bowls in accordance with the particular specifications of our customers both to optimize the efficiency in operation that the different applications may require and to achieve the most advantageous management cost.<\/p><p>In recent years, the demand for Paste Backfilling plants has grown considerably, where twin-shaft mixers with continuous operation represent the standard.<br \/>In this case, the homogeneity index at the discharge is increased by doubling the number of blades and increasing the thickness of the wearable elements given the service required for these systems on a 24\/7 basis for 365
