CMV – Vagonetti

I vagonetti su rotaia aerea vengono impiegati per il trasporto di calcestruzzi premiscelati di tutte le classi di consistenza (fluida, plastica, semiasciutta e asciutta) dalla centrale di betonaggio verso le differenti macchine formatrici o verso le linee di getto in casseri. Possono essere a vasca cilindrica con scarico a rotazione oppure a vasca di diverse geometrie con scarico a mezzo portelle monovalva o bivalva comandate idraulicamente. Lo scorrimento può avvenire sia su birotaia che su monorotaia e la velocità può raggiungere valori fino a 250m/min.
Le rotaie a seconda delle esigenze di distribuzione interna allo stabilimento di prefabbricazione possono essere eseguite con sviluppo rettilineo o curvo e con tratti in salita o in discesa.
La capacità dei vagonetti CMV va da 0,50m3 a 3.0m3 e possono essere azionati sia con motori idraulici a mezzo impianto con valvole proporzionali e circuito refrigerato sia con motori elettrici regolati da inverter.
Tramite il controllo radio è possibile gestire i percorsi e i tempi conoscendo in tempo reale l’esatta ubicazione fisica del vagonetto e la fase lavorativa.
