Unitamente ai mescolatori di ogni tipo la nostra ditta ha progettato nel corso degli anni ed è in grado di fornire tutta una serie di accessori che sono di complemento ed ausilio per la moderna industria del preconfezionamento del calcestruzzo premescolato. Per la maggior parte sono componenti tecnici che sono direttamente fissati al mescolatore in maniera da non dover ricorrere a costosi e ingombranti telai aggiuntivi di sostegno. Il mescolatore già costruito di serie con masse e geometrie appositamente generose sopporta anche i carichi derivanti dalle sovrastanti bilance monocarica di attesa.
Siamo pertanto in grado di fornire al cliente tutto ciò che in una centrale di preconfezionamento del calcestruzzo sta normalmente al di sopra del punto di carico dell’autobetoniera. I moduli di dosaggio vengono provati nelle apposite sedi prima di essere smontati per le operazioni di verniciatura finale e sono forniti completi di tutti i componenti commerciali necessari per la messa in servizio dell’impianto generale. Il cliente in cantiere non deve fare altro che riconnetterli nelle apposite sedi preflangiate e collegare aria, acqua ed elettricità.

Per venire incontro ai diversi livelli di costo che il mercato richiede abbiamo sviluppato n.4 tipologie di impianto automatico di lavaggio dell’interno vasche di miscelazione.

PRIMO TIPO

Esempio di impianto automatico lavaggio con n.2 tubi portaugelli semirotanti e manovellismi di azionamento protetti da carter sopravasca. I n.2 tubi vengono alimentati dalla pompa allo stesso tempo.

SECONDO TIPO

In questo caso i n.2 tubi vengono alimentati dalla pompa uno alla volta mediante l’impiego di una valvola elettrica di scambio temporizzata. E’ possibile così concentrare tutta la potenza del lavaggio prima sulla metà sx della vasca di miscelazione e poi su quella di dx. Il ciclo di lavaggio suddiviso in n.2 aree consegue un risultato in termini di pulizia notevolmente superiore.

TERZO TIPO

Mediante un distributore rotante a n.4 uscite il ciclo di lavaggio è frazionato in n.4 settori all’interno della vasca di miscelazione. Ciascuno dei n.2 tubi portaugelli è suddiviso in n.2 frazioni uguali. In questa maniera tutta la potenza di lavaggio si concentra solo su un quarto della vasca di miscelazione passando poi ad agire sequenzialmente sugli altri tre quarti. Nella tecnologia con lavaggio a mezzo tubi portaugelli questa è la soluzione più performante in termini di pulizia interno vasca.

QUARTO TIPO

Mediante l’impiego di n.4 testine di lavaggio rotanti elettricamente unitamente ad un distributore rotante a n.4 uscite si ottiene un lavaggio di tipo sferico, cioè viene lavata ad alta pressione sia la superficie del fondo e pareti della vasca di miscelazione che la superficie interna della copertura. E’ questo un sistema particolarmente adatto quando per le caratteristiche del materiale da miscelare o l’elevata velocità di rotazione dei bracci si possono generano progressive incrostazioni sulle superfici e ingressi che insistono sopra le masse in miscelazione.
Le testine sono provviste di un sistema automatico di esposizione ugelli in maniera da lasciare i medesimi fuori della sede protetta solamente quando la pompa acqua è in funzione. In questa maniera viene preservata la piena operatività dei componenti più critici dall’aggressione meccanica delle proiezioni generantesi durante la miscelazione.
