MA – Mescolatori Monoasse
Con i mescolatori della serie MA si ha la mescolazione a due zone di controflusso: le due eliche di mescolazione con inclinazione opposta generano due movimenti orizzontali contrapposti con grande turbolenza nella zona centrale.
Per la composizione dei movimenti orizzontali con il movimento verticale, dovuto alla rotazione dei bracci e delle eliche, il materiale da mescolare è mosso rapidamente e intensamente, assicurando così una rapida omogeneizzazione in un brevissimo tempo.
I movimenti verticali e orizzontali evitano la segregazione che si genera nei mescolatori ad asse verticale per l’effetto centrifugo dovuto ai differenti volumi e pesi degli inerti e per il galleggiamento dei materiali leggeri.
Sono ideali per la preparazione di calcestruzzo pesante, normale e leggero (calcestruzzo espanso, con polistirolo, con argilla espansa) e miscele di sabbie fini.

I mescolatori serie MA possono alimentare autobetoniere, impianti di prefabbricazione industriale e civile e impianti per la costruzione di dighe e strade.
Si possono impiegare inerti di grandi dimensioni, sia a superficie tondeggiante che frantumati.
La trasmissione è eseguita a mezzo di un riduttore commerciale, di tipo lineare o angolare a seconda delle taglie, mosso da una prima riduzione elastica a mezzo di pulegge e cinghie.
Lo scarico è eseguito mediante una portella laterale a comando idraulico che consente di ridurre l’ingombro verticale dell’installazione.
Per aumentare la velocità di richiusura della portella viene impiegata una centralina idraulica con elettrovalvola a circuito rigenerativo.
Sia l’area di movimentazione del cilindro idraulico che quella della portella sono protette da un sistema carter/cono che esercita anche la funzione di convogliamento del miscelato allo scarico.

Esiste anche per questa serie, come nella serie MBT su base bialbero, la possibilità di dotare la vasca di una portella laterale di carico che svolge la funzione di ByPass carico DRY/ carico WET.
Viene fornito di serie l’impianto automatico ingrassaggio tenute completo di scheda elettronica e display alfanumerico a led con tastierino a membrana per regolare i cicli pausa/lavoro e leggere i codici di eventuali errori ciclo.
Al fine di evitare percolamenti dalla calza di carico è disponibile un dispositivo idraulico a ventaglio
che interviene subito dopo che lo scarico del miscelato in autobetoniera si è concluso.
Completano la linea macchine della serie monoasse gli AGITATORI per calcestruzzo.
Gli agitatori non hanno il sistema di movimentazione del materiale con le due semieliche contrapposte, ma bracci e pale che, inibendo dinamicamente la presa, tengono il materiale in agitazione fluido e, quando si apre la portella di scarico, lo indirizzano verso l’uscita dalla vasca.
