CMAC1 – Mixers Accessories

Together with all types of mixers, our company has designed over the years and is able to supply a whole series of accessories which complement and assist the modern concrete pre-mixing industry.

Most of them are technical components that are directly fixed to the mixer so as not to have to resort to costly and bulky additional support frames.
The mixer already built as standard with specially generous masses and geometries also supports the loads deriving from the overlying single-charge waiting scales.
We are therefore able to supply the customer with everything that is normally above the loading point of the concrete mixer in a pre-mixing station.

The dosing modules are tested in the appropriate seats before being disassembled for the final painting operations and are supplied complete with all the commercial components necessary for commissioning the general system. On site, the customer only has to reconnect them in the appropriate pre-flanged seats and connect air, water and electricity.

To meet the different cost levels that the market requires, we have developed n.4 types of automatic washing system for the inside of the mixing tanks.

FIRST TYPE

Example of an automatic washing system with n.2 semi-rotating nozzle holder pipes and drive mechanisms protected by a sump guard.

The n.2 pipes are fed by the pump at the same time.

SECOND TYPE

In this case the n.2 pipes are fed by the pump one at a time through the use of a timed electric exchange valve.

It is thus possible to concentrate all the washing power first on the left half of the mixing tank and then on the right half.

The washing cycle divided into n.2 areas achieves a considerably higher result in terms of cleaning.

THIRD TYPE

By means of a rotating distributor with n.4 outlets, the washing cycle is divided into n.4 sectors inside the mixing tank. Each of the n.2 nozzle tubes is divided into n.2 equal fractions.
In this way, all the washing power is concentrated on only one quarter of the mixing tank, then acting sequentially on the other three quarters.
In the technology with washing by means of nozzle holder tubes, this is the most performing solution in terms of cleaning inside the tank.

FOURTH TYPE

Through the use of n.4 electrically rotating washing heads together with a rotating distributor with n.4 outlets, a spherical type washing is obtained, i.e. it is washed at high pressure both the surface of the bottom and walls of the mixing tank than the inner surface of the cover.
This is a particularly suitable system when progressive incrustations on the surfaces and entrances that insist on the masses being mixed can be generated due to the characteristics of the material to be mixed or the high rotation speed of the arms.
The heads are equipped with an automatic system for exposing the nozzles so as to leave them outside the protected seat only when the water pump is running.
In this way the full operation of the most critical components is preserved from the mechanical aggression of the projections generated during mixing.
