With mixers MA series there is a mixing process by two counterflow zones: the two mixing propellers with opposite inclination generate two opposite horizontal movements with great turbulence in the middle zone.

Due to composition of horizontal movements with vertical ones, due to rotation of arms and propellers, the material to be mixed is moved quickly and intensely, thus ensuring rapid homogenization in a very short time.

Vertical and horizontal movements avoid segregation that instead appear in vertical axis mixers for centrifugal effect from different volumes and weights of aggregates and for floating of light materials.

They are ideal for premixing of heavy, normal and light concrete (expanded concrete, with polystyrene, with expanded clay) and fine sand mixtures.
The MA series mixers can feed truck mixers, industrial and civil prefabrication plants and plants for the construction of dams and roads.

Large aggregates can be used, as rounded surface as crushed.
The transmission is performed by a commercial reducer, linear or angular type depending on the size, moved by a first elastic reduction by pulleys and belts.
The unloading is performed by means of a hydraulically operated side gate which reduce vertical encumbrance of plant installation. To increase closing speed of the gate is used the hydraulic unit with a regenerative circuit solenoid valve.

Both the movement area of hydraulic cylinder and door are protected by a casing/cone system which also carries out the function of conveying mixed material to the discharge.
The automatic seals greasing system is supplied as standard, complete with electronic control card, alphanumeric LED display and membrane keyboard to adjust the pause/work cycles and read the alphanumeric codes of any cycle errors.

In order to avoid percolation from discharge sock a hydraulic fan device is available which intervenes immediately after completed the mixed product unloading into truck mixer.

The concrete AGITATORS complete the machine line of single-axis series.

The agitators do not have the material movement system with two opposing half-propellers, but arms and blades which, inhibiting the grip by movement tools, keep the material in fluid agitation and, when the unloading gate opens, direct it towards the front bottom exit.
They have a mainly longitudinal development and motorization can be supplied with both electric and hydraulic drive. Hydraulic drive is generally required in pairs when acting as a mobile buffer in tunneling works.
The pre-mixing station is normally located ner the tunnel entrance, cyclically the first loaded mixer is transported by a tractor to feeding point of Spritz pumping station and the second unloaded mixer is then picked up and brought back.
