CMAC2 – Accessori per Impianti di Betonaggio

Unitamente alla linea dei mescolatori di nostra produzione forniamo quotidianamente dispositivi, accessori e ricambi per tutte le tipologie possibili di centrali di betonaggio, tanto in ambito ReadyMix che in ambito Prefabbricazione.

Molto spesso infatti ci viene richiesto di sfruttare le nostre conoscenze del settore per l’individuazione dei componenti, nuovi o di ricambio, e di attingere alle migliori condizioni economiche che, in quanto costruttori, abbiamo sia dai produttori nazionali che esteri per quanto riguarda ad esempio i seguenti prodotti.

POMPE ED ARMADI PER ADDITIVI

Forniamo pompe speciali con funzionamento bidirezionale e provviste di apposite guarnizioni resistenti all’aggressione chimica delle varie tipologie di additivo che possono essere impiegate nella premiscelazione del calcestruzzo.
La bidirezionalità è necessaria perchè tali pompe sono impiegate in armadi con dosatore, normalmente su cella di carico, dove esercitano sia la funzione di prelievo dal dosatore e mandata al mescolatore, sia quella di prelievo dal serbatoio di stoccaggio e mandata al dosatore per la ricarica del medesimo.
I nostri armadi per additivi hanno i contenitori cilindrici in plexiglas, controllo livello elettronico indipendentemente dal valore impostato per l’indicatore di peso, struttura in metallo con basamento ingressi/uscite, porta a trasparenza e scatola di derivazione precablata.

DISPOSITIVI ASPIRANTI DI DEPOLVERAZIONE

Nella fase d’ingresso dei materiali nel mescolatore si creano delle emissioni di polveri che se non aspirate fino ad una stazione di filtraggio si disperderebbero nella circostante area di lavoro.
Le cartucce filtranti sono realizzate in tessuto speciale POLIPLEAT® e sono di agevole sostituzione perché senza la necessità di alcun attrezzo. Completa la dotazione un sistema automatico di pulizia ad aria compressa integrato nel coperchio apribile ed una tramoggia inferiore di raccolta polveri che vengono così reimmesse nel ciclo di produzione.

AGEVOLATORI DI DISCESA MATERIALI

Anche se eseguiti con geometrie ad elevata inclinazione le precariche pesatrici dei materiali in ingresso nel mescolatore e i convogliatori di scarico del prodotto miscelato vengono sempre dotati di dispositivi vibranti che agevolano lo scarico.
I vibratori elettrici sono dispositivi economici e robusti ed hanno la possibilità di regolare la forza vibrante tramite il diverso posizionamento delle masse eccentriche a bordo. Gli agevolatori di discesa ad aria hanno un funzionamento ad impatto per impedire la formazione di ponti all’interno delle tramogge e per la modalità di azione sulle pareti del contenitore, a differenza dei vibratori elettrici, non sollecitano le saldature.

CALZE IN PARA NATURALE

Vengono impiegate per il convogliamento flessibile del prodotto miscelato dal convogliatore di scarico del mescolatore al cono di carico dell’autobetoniera, del cemento dallo scarico della coclea all’ingresso nella bilancia cemento, del cemento dallo scarico della precarica pesatrice all’ingresso nella copertura del mescolatore.

Vengono impiegate per il convogliamento flessibile del prodotto miscelato dal convogliatore di scarico del mescolatore al cono di carico dell’autobetoniera, del cemento dallo scarico della coclea all’ingresso nella bilancia cemento, del cemento dallo scarico della precarica pesatrice all’ingresso nella copertura del mescolatore.

ELETTROVALVOLE

Sono sia a bordo della centralina idraulica che comanda l’apertura idraulica della portella di scarico del mescolatore sia a bordo degli impianti automatici di lavaggio per lo scambio del flusso acqua dal circuito automatco a quello manuale.
Possiamo fornire elettrovalvole di qualunque marca, nazionale ed estera, sia per macchinari di nostra produzione che di altri costruttori.

MISURATORI DI PORTATA PER LIQUIDI

L’ingresso dell’acqua nel mescolatore può avvenire per gravità dalla bilancia di pesatura o per pressone a mezzo tubazione provvista di contalitri.
Possiamo fornire contalitri per i diametri più ridotti a montaggio con giunti filettati e per i diametri maggiori con montaggio estraibile a mezzo flange.
Entrambe le tipologie sono equipaggiate con un sistema di comunicazione con l’automazione dell’impianto a mezzo moduli elettronici lanciaimpulsi con possibilità di trasmettere il segnale sia via cavo che via radio.

STRUMENTI DI PESATURA

Possiamo fornire ogni tipo di cella di carico e ogni tipo di strumenti di pesatura per il controllo del dosaggio delle materie prime sia per automazioni nuove che esistenti.
Per il corretto montaggio delle celle di carico occorrono degli speciali kit di montaggio che consentono di ottenere la piena operatività funzionale della pesatura senza che la trasmissione del segnale possa risentire di cause dinamiche anomale.

DISPOSITIVI PER IL CONTROLLO UMIDITA’ IMPASTI

Possiamo fornire ogni tipo di sonda umidità sia per inerti che per l’impasto nel mescolatore. Attraverso il metodo di misurazione a contatto il sensore effettua la rilevazione in tempo reale ed attraverso la tecnologia digitale lineare si ha la possibilità di un’integrazione diretta con qualsiasi sistema di controllo che usi interfacce industriali standard. Eseguiamo anche piastrelle rivestimento vasca speciali con foro per installazione su mescolatori esistenti di sonde umidità di diversi modelli.

Possiamo fornire l’automazione sia per nostri impianti che per impianti esistenti includendo sia pulpiti di controllo che quadri di potenza.

COCLEE CEMENTO E RICAMBI PER COCLEE

Possiamo fornire coclee di qualunque geometria e potenza ed anche i ricambi per coclee esistenti di qualunque marca.

RIDUTTORI E RICAMBI

Abbiamo pronte nel ns stock numerose taglie di riduttori originali BONFIGLIOLI, BREVINI e STM sia per mescolatori che per skip di sollevamento inerti e possiamo fornire con prezzi da costruttore tutte le altre marche di riduttori per le differenti tipologie esecutive.
Siamo anche nella posizione di disegnare e costruire flange di adattamento per montare riduttori nuovi in luogo degli esistenti ove il tempo di consegna non consenta di attendere la fornitura del riduttore di identica marca rispetto all’esistente.
Unitamente ai riduttori completi abbiamo i canali più rapidi di approvvigionamento nel mercato per la fornitura di ricambi di ogni marca di riduttore.
Abbiamo sempre pronti al nostro stock una serie completa di flange accoppiamento ruota, alberi in uscita riduttori epicicloidali, coppie coniche, giunti motore e tutti i set di tenuta per i riduttori di più frequente nostro impiego.

RIVESTIMENTI, PALE E BRACCI PER DIVERSI MESCOLATORI

Abbiamo la possibilità di fornire gli usurabili di molti tipi di mescolatori. Disponiamo di un servizio interno di taglio laser per spessori in HARDOX®500 da 10mm a 40mm che ci consente di offrire una consegna molto rapida per pale e piastrelle se corrispondenti al ns archivio disegni multimarche. I bracci di miscelazione possono essere forniti per alcuni modelli in ghisa, per altri in esecuzione saldata.
Sempre in pronta consegna abbiamo set completi di bracci di miscelazione per mescolatori CM dalla taglia di 1.0m3 vibrato fino a 6.0m3 vibrati.
Con consegna in solo n.3-4 giorni abbiamo per i mescolatori continui CM sia i bracci che le pale che i rivestimenti.

ACCESSORI PER SILOS CEMENTI

Forniamo regolarmente tutti gli accessori e dispositivi per un sicuro e sorvegliato funzionamento dei sili stoccaggio cementi negli impianti di betonaggio.
Le valvole CM-VCP sono necessarie per evitare superamenti del valore massimo della pressione ammissibile dal silo in fase di caricamento e per richiamare aria dall’esterno ove all’interno si generino rilevanti depressioni alla discesa del livello materiale. Hanno un’esecuzione flangiata e vengono montate a mezzo di un tronchetto flangiato fornito a corredo e da saldare alla copertura del silo.
Le valvole a tubo deformabile CM-VM vengono montate a monte del tubo di caricamento del silo, sono operate pneumaticamente e vengono fatte intervenire da un’apposita centralina nel momento in cui viene raggiunta all’interno del silo la massima pressione di settaggio. Il tubo deformabile è realizzato in gomma naturale antiabrasiva ed ha un diametro interno dello stesso valore di quello metallico sul quale viene connesso a mezzo flangia.

Il misuratore di pressione CM-MP tramite un lettore elettronico alimentato da un diaframma trasmette in continuo il valore della pressione durante la fase di caricamento del silo e può essere coordinato con la logica impianto per attivare oltre una certa soglia la valvola a tubo deformabile CM-VM.

Gli indicatori di livello CM-ILP vengono montati in alto e in basso nei sili per segnalare, attraverso la presenza o meno del moto rotatorio della paletta, il raggiungimento del livello massimo e minimo del materiale sfuso. Sono disponibili molteplici versioni ed adattamenti per il montaggio in punti diversi e per diversi valori di densità del materiale. Le curve antiabrasive CM-EB vengono montate normalmente per eseguire il raccordo a 180° tra la tubazione di caricamento silo e quella d’ingresso sulla copertura del medesimo. Il materiale in tecnopolimero e la particolare esecuzione della geometria di flusso interno consente il transito del materiale abrasivo con una forte riduzione dell’azione usurante.
Il connettore CM-KT è un dispositivo che viene installato all’ingresso del tubo di caricamento del silo e segnala, a mezzo di una leva manuale con switch a pistoncino, l’avvenuto attacco del tubo di mandata dal siloveicolo. Il consenso al transito del cemento potrà permanere fino a che non intervenga una segnalazione di allarme e la sessione di carico si considererà conclusa quando lo switch avrà cambiato stato per l’avvenuto distacco del tubo di mandata.

VAVOLE DI SCARICO MATERIE PRIME

Disponiamo in pronta consegna di un ampio catalogo valvole per lo scarico delle precariche pesatrici ubicate sopra al mescolatore ed anche per sili e tramogge di attesa inerti.

Le ROTOVALVOLE CM-RV in esecuzione flangiata possono essere installate per lo scarico regolato di precariche pesatrici di cemento normalmente per l’alimentazione di mescolatori continui. Mediante l’ìmpiego dell’inverter è possibile modificare la portata unitaria in peso per la produzione di miscele a diverso contenuto specifico di legante.
Le VALVOLE A FARFALLA CM-FL sono generalmente impiegate per lo svuotamento delle precariche pesatrici di cemento, microsilica, cenere volante e filler. Al di sotto di un determinato battente vengono anche impiegate per lo scarico a tenuta di bilance acqua. Per la velocità di processo sono sempre impiegate con attuatore di tipo pneumatico e micro di controllo posizione.

Le VALVOLE A GHIGLIOTTINA CM-GL vengono normalmente installate a bordo di precariche inerti quando è necessario avere l’area di scarico completamente libera e dimensioni ampie.
Possono essere operate sia pneumaticamente che elettricamente.

Le VALVOLE DEVIATRICI CM-DVT consentono di deviare uno stesso scarico cemento verso due diverse utilità.
Normalmente vengono impiegate negli impianti CM-MBT con funzione di ByPass del cemento deviandone lo scarico o all’interno del mescolatore o verso il caricamento a secco dell’autobetoniera.

Le VALVOLE A PALETTA CM-PT sono operate idraulicamente sfruttando la centralina idraulica già a bordo del mescolatore e vengono installate nella sezione flangiata di scarico delle precariche inerti. Rispetto alle valvole a ghigliottina hanno un’esecuzione molto più robusta unitamente ad una geometria d’ingombro più compatta.
Le PORTELLE DEVIATRICI CM-BP consentono di deviare uno stesso scarico della tramoggia attesa inerti verso due diverse utilità. Normalmente vengono impiegate negli impianti CM con funzione di ByPass deviando lo scarico inerti o all’interno del mescolatore o verso il caricamento a secco dell’autobetoniera.
Le PORTELLE BIVALVA CM-BV vengono impiegate per lo scarico di tramogge di attesa del miscelato ubicate al di sotto del mescolatore e sono normalmente operate idraulicamente. Negli impianti a ciclo continuo esercitando la funzione polmone tali tramoge consentono di effettuare il cambio dell’autocarro al punto di carico senza dover arrestare la produzione.
