MC – Mescolatori Bialbero continui

MC – Mescolatori Bialbero continui

I mescolatori continui a doppio asse orizzontale hanno una geometria vasca allungata, velocità di rotazione degli alberi molto più elevata dei mescolatori bialbero a ciclo, le pale sono molto più numerose ed hanno in questo caso oltre alla funzione miscelante anche quella di far avanzare il materiale dall’area di carico al lato opposto fino all’apertura di scarico attraverso la quale il materiale, già miscelato, esce con flusso continuo.
Vengono impiegati per tutte le produzioni di misti cementati e conglomerati in genere a basso contenuto di legante, ma sono perfettamente in grado di produrre anche riciclati a freddo dal fresato di pavimentazioni bituminose. Negli ultimi anni è diventato comune il loro utilizzo per l’inertizzazione di terreni contaminati e per il riciclaggio di materiali provenienti dalle demolizioni edilizie. Non ultimo è l’impiego per la produzione di miscele pompabili destinate al riempimento delle cavità sotterranee una volta completata la fase di estrazione delle materie prime

TRASMISSIONE

A seconda della taglia del mescolatore viene impiegato o il sistema con n.1 solo motore con riduzione epicicloidale in linea associato ad un riduttore ad assi paralleli con dentatura elicoidale o il sistema con n.2 motori indipendenti associati elasticamente a due riduttori angolari contrapposti connessi tra loro dal giunto di sincronizzazione. 

ORGANI DI MISCELAZIONE

L’immagine che segue vuole ribadire il concetto tridimensionale della miscelazione che si ottiene con i mescolatori a doppio asse orizzontale applicato in questo caso al transito del materiale in continuo.
Cioè mentre il materiale da mescolare riceve la massima turbolenza dinamica nello scambio destra-sinistra, e viceversa, viene anche mosso lungo l’asse della vasca di mescolazione verso l’apertura di scarico.

SUPPORTO ALBERI

Il carico radiale degli alberi di miscelazione è sostenuto da cuscinetti alloggiati in apposite sedi all’interno dei supporti in fusione di ghisa opportunamente separate e distanziate dai pacchi tenuta che impediscono la fuoriuscita di boiacca.

In questa maniera anche se si dovesse verificare un difetto di manutenzione con fuoriuscita di boiacca il mixer non perderà mai la sua operatività meccanica.

I supporti alberi sono progettati in maniera da poter essere sostituiti con già tutto il pacco tenute ed il cuscinetto integralmente premontati (only n.1 piece system).
E’ sufficiente infilarli sulle estremità degli alberi ed avvitare le viti di fissaggio sulle apposite flange di attacco.
I nostri clienti trovano questo sistema particolarmente comodo e rapido perché non si devono curare della correttezza del montaggio di tutti i componenti all’interno di ciascun supporto.

INGRASSAGGIO AUTOMATICO

A bordo del mescolatore come optional può essere montato un impianto di lubrificazione delle tenute completamente automatico progettato per avere una lubrificazione sicura e costante all’interno dei supporti alberi di mescolazione. La pompa alimentata elettricamente ed il distributore di tipo progressivo sono realizzati con materiali e geometrie idonei per lavorare in ambienti all’aperto e con presenza di notevole quantità di polvere ed umidità.

COPERTURA

Abbiamo come standard l’esecuzione rialzata della copertura vasca di miscelazione con sportelli di accesso provvisti di tenuta continua in gomma ad ampio spessore di battuta e doppie molle a gas per ausilio e fermo di sicurezza all’apertura.

Integrato nella copertura eseguiamo il tubo distributore dell’acqua di miscelazione con ingresso flangiato.
In accordo alle vigenti prescrizioni della direttiva macchine CE in materia di sicurezza antinfortunistica tutti i nostri mescolatori hanno montata in copertura la serratura per blocco meccanico apertura sportelli con sistema a trasferimento di chiave coordinato con il dispositivo di blocco manovra, da noi fornito, destinato ad essere installato sul sistema di sgancio dell’alimentazione elettrica del mescolatore nel quadro elettrico delle potenze.
